Phone2Reviews of phone2.io

This company falsely advertises that you can send text messages. You can’t. They also advertise that you can integrate with Hubspot. You can’t. Also, if you port a number in good luck getting it ported out. They don’t provide you with and account information and it’s not available in your dashboard.

Awesome business number app! For our front desk gallery, it's working just fine. Customer service takes a minute to respond sometimes but other than that, I'm pleased.

A breeze for my clients. It's the only phone system I've come across where I can send PDFs. I'm a CPA with 4 other bookkeepers alongside me. So between now and the end tax season, I'm saving myself tons of time avoiding email, while staying compliant and communicating with my clients by sending docs directly over MMS. Nice! Will get more local numbers. Recommend!

Fantastic! I've onboarded our Austin, Houston and Dallas offices all on the same phone system! Such a relief - we had 4 different phone systems, and finally we were able to port all VoIP numbers into one. Works great so far. Waiting for the auto-reply feature next week!

I'm experiencing a similar outcome to other reviews. My goal was to port an existing number, but they don't give you any ability to do that within the app or the website. I've sent numerous emails with no response and each time I call the customer service number... crickets. I'd say this is basically a forced $99 donation to their vacation fund at this point.

I am have a very bad experience from Phone2. I paid $199 for the plan and after that i logged in as per their instruction. I could not find anything in their web portal when i logged in. The real bitterness starts then, i sent multiple emails and raised complaint through their webform but never got any response. The phone provider does have a customer service phone number that makes me even more suspicious. Either they are not real or they don’t care customers and just need to get money. They offer 30 days moneyback. But if they don’t reply for complaints how will we raise it within 30 days. Anyways I have raised another webform asking for moneyback. Waiting for any response. Please be aware and very careful for singing up with them. 1. No clear instructions 2. No customer care line 3. No response for complaints 4. Very less information in their website 5. Doesn’t even get it started or working in my experience 6. Their marketing and payment collection works well nothing beyond that.

More pros than cons. I've been using Phone2 for several months. I'd say for the most part, I am happy with the way it handles calls among everyone. I've tried almost most of big-name VoIP services and the cost can't be beat with Phone2. Pros: Price can't be beat. Customizable voicemail greeting has multiple slots, that we can toggle based on our hours of operation - big plus for our use case. Easy design, easy to invite users. Cons: No spam call identifier on annoying incoming calls. There is no support for SIP physical phones. Customer support is responsive but slow. That's why I dock it 1 star. But compared to others, it's much easier to use.

It's been off to a great start with Phone2. It's a good tool for my company's CX team, who at times needs to collaborate with a single client, so having a shared phone number streamlines this. In these past 2 months, I see noticeable improvements in servicing accounts, with a team-based phone system.
