I subscribed to the Phone2 service, my credit card was charged and my account enabled. They later charged me 35.00 dollars to port my Skype number and before 15 minutes were over, they closed my account and locked me out. I attempted E-mails and phone calls to their scam number in Nevada (which they never answer). None of my 12 emails were answered. These company is shady. They never refunded my money either. I contacted the FCC and all they could do was to informed them of my complaint but clearly stated that this was an issue between me ant PHONE2. A total ripoff. Stear clear from Phone2. This is maybe like an India company or organized scam. I had to get 1-VOIP, which is an excellent company and they ported my number and saved me from all of my multi form authentication SMSs not working and blocking me from bank accounts and other sites. PHONE2 is a RIPOFF. BEWARE!!!

Unfortunately, my experience with this service was far from positive. The promises made during the purchase turn out to be either overly exaggerated or not true at all. I bought a “lifetime” subscription, but I've asked for a refund several times, and each time I've been denied. In addition, they advertised one price, and then it turned out that basic functions need to be paid additionally every month. The only reason why I give more than one star is that the support team at least responded and tried to help, albeit with a delay.

This company is a complete scam. Customer service. They don't keep any of their promises. I have asked for a refund half a dozen times since I purchased the 'lifetime' subscription. I have been given lame excuses. What a waste of money. Terrible customer service. Please don't throw your money away like I did. Don't buy it, don't bother.

I fell for an advertisement of Phone2 that is a Bait and Switch tactic. I paid $35 to port my phone # over from Skype and $48 to use it for the next year. The advertisement was for the perfect business plan. It says unlimited calls to North America and unlimited incoming texts. Should it have been clear to me at that time that it provides ZERO texting from me? Now, if I want to text anyone, I need to purchase the $18 per month plan! I could not receive calls at first, so I thought that the advert for unlimited calls to North America also meant no receiving of calls as well, but when I complained, the company has been very responsive in helping me trouble shoot and now I can receive calls. So, I'm giving them an extra star for that!

Where do I even start. I have been using various phone platforms for 8 years now and was sold on Phone2.io with their offer for a 1 time payment for a business line. After opening my account, paying the $129.00 as well as numerous other fees for our 3 business lines, I found out very quickly that this platform not only DID NOT WORK at all, that the customer support was also non-existent. Calls would drop after 3 minutes, they did nothing to assist with SMS registration which we waited for 2 months for and still never recieved and the platform as a whole was extremely glitchy. Save yourself the money and hassle and go elsewhere.

After a rocky start, I’m really happy to say that Phone2 turned things around in the best possible way. The registration process was incredibly smooth—fast, intuitive, and exactly what you’d hope for in a modern tool. What truly stood out was the personal support I received. I had a few small technical issues that regular support couldn’t fully resolve, and to my surprise, the CEO personally stepped in to help. That kind of hands-on involvement really shows they care about their users and take feedback seriously. The app is working well now, and I’m excited to start receiving calls through it. It’s a clean, well-designed platform with great potential, and I appreciate the way the team followed through. Looking forward to what’s ahead!

Great service that work as a charm. I took it mostly to be able receiving security codes from BOA and give support our American customers. Super happy how all works!
