The app does not work. I also notified the state and federal authorities about this company being a scam. Their employees are all outside the US and are using a US company to scam. I told them on numerous occasions that their app does not work. They finally accepted it does not work, and they still refused to refund! In any case I gave all the information to authorities including all their LinkedIn profile information. I urge anyone scammed to do the same so the authorities can put an end to this scam site. If I could attach documents I would also show the emails sent back and forth. Do yourself a favor DO NOT USE them unless you want to get scammed!

Calls do not come through. People calling me never get an answer. the app never rings. We have tested this a couple of dozen times. I can call them, but they can't call me. In addition, no sms messages will go through. It's been going on for a month since I've subscribed, paying in advance for a year. If this isn't fixed, I want my money back. Also, the 2fa doesn't work with anyone. This was a promising option that is not being delivered. It seems impossible to reach anyone for help.

I bought the line. Then I realized that the SMS is disabled, and to restore it, you must complete a form that you cannot complete unless you are a business.

Great service

I was able to call from Curacao to the US but not much more. I can't get inbound or outbound SMS to work, so it is useless for 2FA. When I call the phone2 number from my home landline, I get the call. When I phone from my wife's mobile I consistently get a failed call. I've tried help lines and went into orbit with a useless AI which repeated the same questions and gave the same incorrect solution. Their live help never called at the appointed time. Their online help is incomplete and incorrect, asking me to select options that I am never offered. I certainly feel that I was ripped off by this company and urge people not to buy their product.

I feel completely scammed by this company. Its customer service. Its advertising claims. Its business ethics. I have asked for a refund a half dozen times beginning the same day I purchased the 'lifetime' subscription. I was brushed off with lame excuses. SMS is not possible with the pro package UNLESS you have a registered business that can be approved with a completed TCR form...whatever the hell that is. My application was rejected so i was out of luck. A fair amount of money down the drain. Hideous customer service. Please don't throw away your $150. like I did.

Avoid it. My best advise.

Don't use this service. 1) Many financial apps and institutions won't use the #. 2) When you ask for a refund and cancelation because of reason #1 they will give you the run around and stall tactics to try and make you give up.
