Took a chance, very much regret it. They shipped me a product for the wrong year and it was covered in fingerprints and had an order sheet from someone else in the box! Their phone number and address and all! Then when I called to get them to get it handled they couldn’t find my order with any info I gave them. I asked if they could at least send me the right harness, or if I could send it back to get the appropriate one, they said “no” to everything. They even suggested I call the phone number on the order sheet for the wrong person in the box to “figure it out”.. sketchy. In the end we couldn’t get anything fixed by the company. Waste of time. My installer told me that the unit looked exactly like all the other “no name brand” units you can buy off of eBay for similar prices.. same junk, but with a name brand. Don’t bother.

They never shipped item. Get told to wait a month every month for 5 months. Then when you call and complain they get an attitude with you. I filed a fraud claim with my bank and requested a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! ITS A SCAM.

Dont buy this radio, it looks awesome put on and all. One of the worst issue is it takes too long to boot up, thats not good, it freezes all time. You have to reboot constantly. I wouldnt recommend this unit to no one.

Ordered radio August 20 2022 today is Dec 13 2022 haven’t received my unit yet all they say is 2 more weeks or they will respond back no answer nothing! 4months 835 dollars and still have received nothing!! there on Facebook and they should be exposed for what they are doing to customers but I will be contacting and posting all these comments on social media about them

Do Not waste your time with this conpany! Ordered in April, received in November. They sent me the wrong panel for a older trim model. Totally different from what was promised to me. The said oops, now ur stuck with it or return it.After spend $900.00. Save urself the hassel, do not order from them!!!

You will pay but it doesn't mean you will get the radio? RADIO ARRIVED Nov 29 and I must admit was worth the wait, this unit is fabulous!

If i could give zero stars i would. Placed and paid for a $900 order back in June 2021. As of this posting Nov 2022 still don’t have my unit after multiple emails from Phoenix stating 1-2 more weeks since December of last year. Finally today went to a local aftermarket audio shop in Vegas and got the same if not similar 12.1” screen for my 2020 F-350 at $813.00 installed. Scammers is all these guys are and i will be reporting to PayPal if i don’t get my refund.

Had some issues with getting the radio installed and working properly on my 2019 Ram Powerwagon. Worked first with Robert and then with Alex. Both were amazing but Alex was exceptional. Fast responses and very patient as we worked thru the issues and got everything resolved. Great product and fantastic support.
