We been trying to get Phoenix Automotive do to the right thing. They sent us a defective product in July. there has been very long delays on their part to respond to this issue. We finally received a label and the package has been returned ONLY to find out they want to charge us a 15% RESTOCKING FEE. 1) How can you suggest that you are going to restock a defective item and 2) how unethical is this company to penalize their customers for a defective product!!! where are you ethics. Additionally, we have long closed our account and they now refuse to issue a check - their response to our informing them of that was for us to call the BANK.... this is the response: Hi X Owens, Sorry, the refund will only back to the card that you placed the order, you can contact your bank for more details. Paid over $600 for a radio had a car accident in which vehicle was total lost. Removed radio from vehicle but didn't know to remove 2 little plastic braces. So I got a new vehicle and tried to install it to find I needed said braces and reached out to the company and after jumping through hoops and tricks was told these braces would cost over $100 for 2 pieces of plastic no more than 3 inches long!!!! What ever happened to valued customers!!!!!

After a year of complaining about my radio .This tec helped me make my radio do what it's supposed too.so happy

Meeting on Dec 5th at 400pm PST by wonmyung joo The technician was amazing! I had issues with the equalizer and together we found that I was attempting to set it in the wrong place. Also had an issue with the clock auto setting incorrectly and he directed me to the correct setting to resolve that in android. Very patient and very friendly tech support professional. I enjoyed working with him greatly!
