Anne is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful! I was on the phone with her about 2 hours and she had all my issued corrected except for two. The manufacturer has to address the other two issues and will have to send me a fix for them. If you need any assistance I would definitely ask for Anne!

Tech support was very useful answered all my questions and was fast

Friendly and helpful

I ordered this stereo for my truck. I travel a lot to new areas so the entire point of the purchase was for Android Auto. It only works about 1 out of 50 starts on the truck. Only the rear speakers work. It's like 6 buttons to listen to Bluetooth music. I have scheduled 5 appointments with their "tech" support. Every one of them has me do the same thing... Update the firmware. Which, as you can guess, does nothing. I've asked several times to send it in for repair or warranty and they ignore me or end the call.

The original tech was not able to make the first call. Within two hours another tech named She was able to call and fix my problem. While the problem may have been minor to her, she was able to walk me through everything within minutes!
