We went to them for convenience of mail order. Price for our generics were Ok. SO we trusteed them. They charged us $379 for a tube of Ivermectin cream. I later find out CVS had it for abou $95, Target, $84. Other pharmacies were higher but the most expensive was $171. I complained and got you agreed to the price when ordering so tough crap.

Just don’t do it
Just don’t do it . In the space of 1 month they’ve lost or failed to deliver 3 different medications . When I did get the order delivered right that had messed up the dosage ! It ain’t worth it

Paid $34 for answers I could get from…
Paid $34 for answers I could get from WedMD with no results. I have had pink eye three times in my life. I just needed a prescription, because I know what I had and it was only day one, so I was attempting to catch it early. I send the pictures and they told me I don't need any antibiotics. And the another provider told me to keep it clean and avoid contact due to it being highly contagious. It took 13 hours for the conclusion of nothing needed, through 4 different people live texting me..with still a f-up eye, no prescription, and they want to give me some over the counter drops..which I know won't help, cause I have done this before. Waste of money, and now I have to go see a professional anyway.

Has Amazon stopped beeing trustworthy???
I bought a real leather purse, not even close to real leather.
Their only solution, return it!
I say NO, I have looked world wide to find this exactly colour, I live on the other side of the world, I have sendt picktures and picktures, they can see I am right, still they cannot take any action without me returning it!? BS
This item was shipped from you, your wearhouse/storage, you can just pick up another one and look at that.
This is false info spesifics from the seller, yet you will continue to sell this items, if not I return mine.
To top it off this is the second time in a short timeframe, I bought items from you, going tru all the description to find something that was not 100% acrylic. Finding 50% cotton and 50 % acrylic, order that, get 100% acrylic, complain, and the same ansver, return.
So as a customer, you have to use your time and money to return items, seller has wrong declaration/spesifics about, Amazon has no responsibility?
And they take no action, when you are reporting this, to prevent this from happening to other customers.
What in the world has happen to Amazon customer service, I used to think they where the best one I had ever experienced.
Now it’s like banging your head against a brick wall, with return their only reply.
And they keep passing you around to other agents like a hot potato. Who wants you to tell over again, or details. And drag it out for a long time.
Is they not trustworthy anymore?
Cause in my 2 cases, I went for quality, thought Amazon was safe place to buy from, as it used to be, feel these could have come from a Temu instead.
Both, clearly sellers known they where falsly declared.
And yet it feels like customers are left with both reponsibility, and in their eyes also the task of proving, still never enough, cause they want you to also use time money and energy to return items.
Customers got no respect, and are left in minus nomather what.
Cause from my country they do not even cover return costs.
I guess they probably say they could do just for me, but I do not trust them at all anymore. And I have bought from them since 1998.
When I say I want to complain, where do I send it, chat gets closed.
Guess no longer a valued customer ha?

Horrible incompetent service
I experienced also what a lot of others have posted here. Amazon Pharmacy service is horrible, DO NOT USE THEM.
Is been 6 days since I tried to transfer my medication over.
Amazon kept claiming the other pharmacy wasn't answering their request. I contacted the old pharmacy and they said they sent it to Amazon.
Also when I initiated the transfer I had to choose my prescribers name and phone number. The phone number Amazon had listed with his name was wrong. There is no place to send a comment saying the telephone number is wrong, so I had to submit it as it was.
After 4 days going by with nothing from Amazon I got on the phone with them. They claimed my old pharmacy never sent the info. I also told them about the phone number. Their rep told me she had no way to change it! She said it was up to the Dr. to change it. She refused to take the correct phone number or do anything at all about it! I said I was going to call my pharmacy again to send it again and if it failed again I was going to cancel my transfer. So I had to call the old pharmacy to send it yet again. Miraculously the transfer went through.
Then my order was under "pharmacist review" supposedly for drug interactions. My only other RX is for medicated mouthwash so that made no sense. Plus the order was for a refill not a new med. After 2 days being under "review", I called Amazon again. They claim the transfer was missing the prescribers name on it! I called my old pharmacy, the said the prescriber info is right at the top of the form, but they would send it to Amazon yet again for the 3rd time. Amazon now has this listed as 2 separate RX requests both under "pharmacist review".
Today I gave up. I called my Dr. office and asked him to write a new prescription and send it to CVS. Amazon is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. When my CVS one gets filled I will cancel the Amazon transfer and never use them again.

Copay surprise
My copay for one of my meds jumped from $135 to a little over $200 at my former pharmacy. As a result, I transferred my prescription to Amazon after determining that they accepted my insurance and that they carried generic version of the drug. Transferring involved having my provider issue a new prescription to Amazon. When notified by Amazon that the transfer was complete, I entered my order and was stunned to discover that the copay using Amazon would be about $335 - much higher than my original pharmacy. I am now in the process of transferring back. If I could have placed a mock order prior to the transfer, all of this could have been avoided. I'm also asking myself why Amazon would go into the pharmacy business if they can't equal or beat the pricing of large retail pharmacies.

Do not in any way use them
Do not in any way use them. Stick with the safer option and use local pharmacy if you have the choice, you will save a lot of headache.
In general, Amazon doesn’t care about you.
