I left a review on 8/26/2021 with the title "Not a Fair Business " where I wrote about my whole experience with this company in detail. Which was not a good experience overall. Deformed fish, wrong fish, wrong plants, terrible customer service. They responded cheerfully, saying they were sorry to hear about it and to send my information because they were very customer service oriented and hoped to reach a resolution. I updated my original review on 8/27/2021 to reply to their response because they asked for the name of the teammate who attended to my e-mails. They do not "sign" their e-mails. So I didn't have a name. The person who responded to my trust pilot review also did not leave a name, or a specific e-mail to send my info to. So, I sent the info that was requested to the customer service address on their website which was the same address I originally contacted after I received my order. They never responded. Their response was just a show for people coming to look at the reviews. Don't fall for it. If you end up having problems with theses guys they will not be interested in resolving anything. I would have added this to my original review, but I had reached the space limit.

I hate to leave negative feedback, as up until my most recent purchase, I've had fantastic service. However, one of the 4 fiddler crabs I'd purchased were not shipped/only received 3, and one of my bumblebee gobies was DoA.

We received our fish sooner then expected , when the fish arrived they were alive, and healthy. 10 Cardinal Tetras 5 Khuli Loach , which are doing well in their new home. The tetras have doubled in size since 8-26-2021,and the loaches have fattened up nicely as well. We also purchased a Fire Eel on 7-16-2021 which is also doing great in its new home as well. Our other Fire Eel we had died , it grew to 28 inches 10 years old. In the future when we need new fish ordering from Pet Zone is the way to go.

The fish were all healthy, and beautiful. The shipping was fast. The costumer service was great! Thank you!! Will definitely order from them again!!
