The puffer came in with great condition, was just starving so nipped on fish fins for a day, but was all good and everything has healed, and is a BIG eater! Really health and recommend PZSD!

I ordered twice from Petzone and the first shipment of fish arrived alive and a bit stressed from the trip, the vampire pleco lived but the snowball pleco didn’t survive the first couple of days, I emailed Petzone a pic of the dead fish and they credited me 1/2 of what the fish cost. At the same time I reordered the snowball pleco and a green phantom but was unable to get the credit applied to the new shipment. They said they would check back with me but I haven’t had any follow up from their customer service team. The green phantom and snowball pleco are alive and well from the second shipment. I would recommend Petzone still to anyone interested!

The customer service is excellent and they are quick to get your package to you. The fish I ordered arrived alive and had no issues.

I recently purchased 5 Banned Archer fish. When I received my order all 5 had died. I sent an email to Petzone and they immediately called me. I received a credit back on my card and apologies for the deaths. I have purchased many times from the seller and have received excellent service. I believe that there was a issue with the fish causing their deaths. I will again purchase from Petzone.

I ordered 4 fishes the fishes came in not really active looked sick two of them died in 2 days only 2 survived my aquarium water is clean and healthy i keep it under check it was the fishes that came in sick.

Arrived this morning about 0945 hrs . Two of my LEMON TETRAS DID NOT MAKE IT ONE COLUMBIAN RED AND BLUE also died. ALL of the Cory catfish ( mixed batch) made it fine. All in all I am happy with this group of fish that were selected by Petzone and will continue to patronize their buisness Thankyou for the heads up with order and the personal phone calls to keep me abreast with my order. Shipping was excellent delivered without delay.Great job through out. So to all involved a big Thank You. Update 06/25/22: They all Died ! One DOA upon arrival. By ysdy 06/24/22 the last of the 17 fish ordered were dead. THEY were acclimated for 25 minutes before being introduced into a 20 gallon Aqueon tank. My PH was 7.2 No Ammonia/ Nitrites/ Nitrates Temp was 78 degrees. No mechanical filtration failure Was told these fish were quarantined. There was no visible signs of disease or injury None of them would eat 5 assorted Cory cats/ 6 Lemon tetras/ 6 Columbian Red and Blue Tetras Dead ! There are also a mix of Green Neon tetras( 3) and 9 Neon Tetras in the same tank I still have All of the 12 Neon mixed group. All are alive and well. Shipping box and bags were undamaged There is No way that these fish were properly quarantined before shipping ! Not asking for a refund or a discount how ever I will never order from Petzone tropical again. LESSON LEARNED
