I didn't get my order last month and they've emailed me and fixed everything. Honestly last month was the only issue I've ever had with them. I look forward to every box every month and it always makes my pup happy when I bring it inside!

I was charged For June box and never received it now was charged for July and still have not received June box. Thanks for stealing my money. Will cancel my subscription as soon as I get my refund

I have tested all of the doggie subscription boxes and found that Petreater has the best value without using inferior products. I have yet to get a bad box. I have been getting these fun boxes for my dogs for the past year or so.

The boxes were so cute for the first couple of months (I signed up for six) however when I got my fourth box it barley had anything in it! Half of the amount of snacks and one cheap toy when there are usually two or three in there! I wish the boxes were more customizable as well since my dog is a really tough chewer and went through all the toys in such a short period of time.
