Jenne, Thank you for your message. Did you set up the gift or someone else? Firstly, there always has to be a credit card given, but the info is hidden, in order to process any subscriptions, even gifts. Secondly, if it is purchased under gift it will typically NOT auto renew. The credit card will be inactive. If you can please reach out to [email protected] as it appears maybe it was not actually set up as a gift....that does happen. The person who set up the gift will need to reach out. Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied 100%. While we try to source tough toys that is not necessarily all that transcends into our themed boxes. We definitely have experienced some issues the last few months with shipping given the state of our country and the USPS delays. While we tried to do everything we can to make it better, it looks like we fell short of your expectations. I'm truly sorry we couldn't fix the problem, and that the second box sent still didn't meet your expectations. The bandanas have a been a huge hit and themed cookies as well - and we've never had any ant issues until your experience. We always try our best to ensure you have quality treats and toys, but we're hoomans, and I'm sorry that we couldn't have done better.
