I adore this box!!!! All three of my dogs get excited for it. My youngest dog, who is a year old, goes crazy for this. While my senior dogs enjoy the treats!!! It's a damn good box!!

This is the best treat you can buy for your pet. My dog 🐶 looks for her box when ever there is a package delivered. When she sees the PETTREATER she knows it's for her. My dig is a big girl ( Briard) and she has always enjoyed her treat box

My dog and I love pet treater. it comes with so many toys and treats and fun activities for your dog. oh and it has stuff for your human! awesome box for a low price! the toys and treats are from the best brands such as Outward hound!

Had a rocky start with packages being delayed for weeks, but they got their ducks in a row. The only other thing I dislike is that they say they send only US made toys and treats, which is not true, I have a toy that clearly states made in China.....

HI Ivana, thanks for your review. Although we do source all of our treats from US and Canada only, our toys are not something we make that claim about. I apologize for the misunderstanding, and thanks again for the review.

I can never get ahold of this company, they never return emails, and the product I did buy is not what was expected. Due to the fact that I could never get ahold of the company I couldn't return the product. Edited: I can't believe that an hour after I submit a rating, there appears to be a reply from Pettreater. The funniest part of the reply is that I have emailed, called, etc. in the past but never got through. The response doesn't change my opinion of this company. I'm someone who mostly shops online so I compare this service with many, many other companies.

The boxes themselves are great but shipping seems to be inconsistent and I do not receive any notification of shipping.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for this feedback. This is important for us to hear from our customers. I am going to look into your account and see why you are not receiving the standard notifications on shipping. Thank you again, and we will get that sorted out for you.
