I purchased this for my parent's puppy that showed up at their door and he absolutely loves it. He recognizes the box every month and goes crazy! His absolute favorite toy came from one of the boxes. Thanks so much!

Thanks for this great review, Stephanie! We would LOVE to see a video of your pup reacting to the box! Sounds adorable =)

Our pet treater seemed a little heavy on human-focused things... I would have appreciated more treats and toys rather than little fillers like books or journals about dogs.

Hey Rachel, Thanks for the feedback. We will certainly consider this when designing future boxes!

I usually don't have problems with Pet Treater and love the surprise in each box..., but last month was probably my worst experience because everything was either broken, open or torn. 😞
Response from Pet TreaterJul 6, 2017
Caesar, I am so sorry to hear that. If you have not already, please reach out to our support at [email protected] and we will most certainly get you unbroken and unopened items to replace those. We want your experience to be nothing but GREAT!
