My dogs and I have enjoyed everything

I really love Pet Treater so much! Because they have a very big variety of different products from different brands that I like! And there shipping is wonderful!❤️

We LOVE pettreater and recommend it to all of our friends and fellow pet owners! It comes with a ton of items unlike some boxes that come will 2 or 3 .. also this box includes something for the people too ( isn't that thoughtful?) we think the value of the box is great and the price is worth it! We recommend pettreater to anyone looking to spoil their pet or get actual things your pet needs for half the cost in stores! It's like Christmas morning when you see that bright green box apear on your doorstep!

Would give them 5 stars if I could just get a way to track my package each month. Sometimes it varies so much that I end up emailing them to make sure it's coming. The boxes themselves are amazing and so fun opening them every month with our furbaby.

Hard to navigate website, when I have updated information it did not go through for months which caused more than 4 of my boxes to be shipped to the wrong address. Almost impossible to find and track shipping, I NEVER get emails that say my box has shipped. I have been getting repeat items in my boxes, things have arrived melted/broken. Customer service went months without fixing my problem with the wrong address, took several phone calls, Facebook messages and emails. I am still a subscriber but I would not recommend Pet Treater to anyone. I have received items that had formaldehyde warnings on them, which I find disgusting! There was a month that I was supposed to receive a bonus item for sending in a picture of my dog with her box but that was never received and then the bonus item for a picture offer was apparently revoked. Overall, just really not impressed. Every once in a while you get something cool/interesting but getting repeats in boxes is very off-putting. Also, there is always the same, hard-as-a-rock cookies in the box from the same dog bakery company that are almost inedible for my dog. They're so hard, I once scraped up my fingers trying to break one in half; I have no idea why they're included in every. single. box.

Good products, good value. Letters used to be personalised (I understand growth can be hard to manage). I'm hesitant to give a 5 star because there's nothing significantly special about this company that would make me recommend it to anyone. That said if you want to save yourself a trip to the pet store once a month it's not a bad deal.

The boxes are filled with a good assortment of items. You get treats/ food, toys, grooming, and misc items like leashes or comfort products. Our dog has loved the toys and the treats/ food items are high quality. The value of most of the boxes seems to be around $50-$60 (according to Amazon prices) so it's a great deal. I also like that every box has a "human treat". It's fun to get a little something for us in the box too.

I love what you get in the box and how useful it is.Also my dogs love it.
