Good value but has some issues
My dogs really enjoy the treats and toys we get in our mini box. It’s a good value for the price. One of my issues is the shipping. It take almost two weeks from the time it leaves the facility before it gets delivered. My other issue is that I’ve gotten two boxes now and I got the same item two months in a row.

We definitely have experienced some issues the last few months with shipping given the state of our country and the USPS delays. We are tremendously sorry it has extended to our customers, we definitely anticipate it to keep getting better and appreciate your patience. With regards to the duplicate item, this is not common for us and actually quite surprising so of course we want to take care of this for you.
