Jenny, Thank you for taking the time leave us a review, we really appreciate it! We had a ton of fun getting the Back to School theme together and really like that you appreciate it. While we love to insert items per the theme, we want items in their that appeal to the fur baby too and we are glad you like that! We hope you love the Sept one just as much or more and you should be receiving it soon! Thank you again and have a great day! The Pet Treater Team

Hello Michelle, We are saddened to hear that the first box you received was not what you expected. We would love to know what you were disappointed about to see if we can improve upon that experience for you. We do try to be communicative as best we can also, so thank you for that acknowledgment. Janna, Thank you so much for your kind review! We are super happy that Hagrid (great name BTW) is happy with his goodies each month. We try very hard to have fun themes, with wholesome treats and fun toys all while keeping our subs at a reasonable price. Thank you again for taking the time to give us this wonderful review!
