My pettable therapist was Aubrey
My pettable therapist was Aubrey. I did receive my ESA renewal letter, but only after she made me call my psychiatrist and ask them if they wrote ESA letters. I did not want to call my psychiatrist because my original ESA letter came from pettable and I just wanted a simple renewal. Aubrey would not write my ESA letter unless I called my psychiatrist first and that interaction with Aubrey triggered my anxiety and I was anxious the entire day and also triggered my PTSD. I don't do well with confrontation and Aubrey forced me to call my psychiatrist when I did not want to involve them. Ultimately, Aubrey did write my ESA letter, but only after I told her my psychiatrist charges $200 per dog for ESA letters. I already paid pettable for the renewal letter. Why couldn't Aubrey simply just write the letter? I paid for that service. I qualify for the renewal. Why make me jump through hoops to get a simple renewal letter? Because of this experience, I will not renew my ESA letter with pettable next year. It is not worth the anxiety she gave me.
