I had a great experience with Dr. Shiloh Martin, he was very kind and easy to communicate. I’d like to take a moment to tell everyone my experience with. Dr. Gina Gagen who was rude and mean during my consultation. She had to call me out that i put the wrong address, told me that she is a houston local and me living in north houston (spring) is not “houston”. I was wrongfully judged with this consultation and not only she made me feel small she had the audacity to read a different patients history and complaint/concern to me which is a HIPPA violation. She told me that she did not go to school for 8 years to be a doctor and just be giving away ESA’s and i have politely and nicely explained my depression, PTSD and anxiety that i have gone thru therapy for. Not only did she disregard my concern she went ahead and straight dismissed me cruelly. Please pettable, i highly recommend that you review this woman’s credibility.
