I choose this company over others way more cheaper because of all their advertising of offering true letters that will work and outstanding service. The first problem I encountered is that the day after I booked my appointment I was contacted by my therapist in the most casual, and unprofessional way like she knew me or have spoken with me before. She was asking to either move our time of the appointment an hour later or for another day of the week, to which I was not happy with it but I agreed and kindly asked not to pospone our appointment more than that because I needed to turn in the letter to my landlord as soon as possible. Instead of being grateful that I changed my appointment for her and meeting with me, just after that message she asked AGAIN if we could meet then earlier. At this point I was very tired of this “therapist” without even starting to work with her. This was from Texas. I called support and I asked for another therapist to take my case. The person who assisted me said that she found someone that could take my case the same day at the same time and that I just needed to book again. When I clicked the link the new therapist did not have any space not until 2 after that day. I then decided to contact support for a refund and then after all this waste of time they told me that they DONT do refunds over the phone, that I needed to write an email. The overall culture of this company is unprofessional and inconsiderate with us that are already struggling with emotional issues. Do your research and find more affordable options. You are going to save a ton of time and money.

The therapist was very nice and the service was fast and effective, but the final letterhead for my letter looked blurry and unprofessional.

The $249 PSD package was misleading, it said I would not need any previous diagnosis or evaluation from a doctor, just the training lessons given by pettable on their site once you have purchased it. I could have just paid for the ESA letter and that’s it (saving me 100$ at the very least) So I am waiting for a refund for that particular item. The person that did my evaluation also seemed to be in a hurry, and clearly had made up her mind that I wasn’t PSD approved in the first minute of our conversation.

Very easy process however, the therapist who called me was very rushy and wasn't very kind. She seemed as if I was in the way.

I am giving 2 stars because the speediness of a letter after my eval was within 24 hours which was sooner than expected. However, I did not have a warm and welcoming experience with my therapist. I did not feel supported of heard in my evaluation. The therapist was not nice. After getting my letter, it was unprofessional and not something I would ever provide. In addition, it was inaccurate for what my dogs do for me. I contacted pettable to get this adjusted, and it was not adjusted to make accurate for me. I did not use this ESA letter.

Everything went well and received my ESA letter, which was the main point. The lady I spoke with was nice and polite, with nothing to complain about. The reason why I'm disappointed and rating this low is that it was my understanding that we are put in connection with actual doctors, thus I was hoping for more of a consultation call than just a 3-minute call being asked "do you feel you have depression, anxiety, or both?" Pettable is great if you just want to pay and get your ESA Letter but if you are seeking first-step help this is not the place.

I was told that the forms would be uploaded within an hour and I cannot find the documents. I sent a chat as well and have not received a reply.

The letter I received did not have a letterhead on it (the name and address were typed in the center of the top part of the letter). The person I spoke with refused to sign it. The person practices in a different state several thousand miles from my location (although the person did have a license in my state). I was not comfortable presenting the letter to the leasing agent at the apartment building where I'm moving. Unfortunately I spent $150 for something I thought would easily be challenged. I was unwilling to put myself through that possibility.
