Very Easy Process
Very easy process! Made a phone appointment with a therapist in a reasonable amount of time. Got the ESA letter soon after that appointment was over. My landlord accepted the letter. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a try & im so glad I did! From start to finish, the process was so easy. The therapist I spoke with helped me understand the benefits of an ESA & was right in my area! The appt was able to be set up the following day. The letter was sent promptly & has worked! I now have the puppy at home. Thank you!

Both of my pets got certified and I…
Both of my pets got certified and I only had to pay one price. It’s very simple and affordable - way more affordable than paying pet deposits on top of monthly pet rent. Knowing they are officially certified as ESAs gives me peace of mind because truly, they are my emotional support animals and should be acknowledged as such. The process was incredibly easy and I was not hassled to buy all these other products such as harnesses/vests/collars/leashes. This was my second company I contacted to get them certified because the first company kept trying to sell me things and random things kept being added to the total cost that were definitely unnecessary. The doctor I talked to over the phone was very pleasant and knew exactly what she was talking about and made the entire thing very easy.
