Easy, efficient process
Obtaining certification for my dog as an emotional support animal could not have been easier. Making an appointment to speak with a therapist was efficient, the therapist called exactly when she said she would, the conversation was concise, and I had my letter the next day.

I'm not real trusting of internet apps…
I'm not real trusting of internet apps fir certain things but when there therapist I have been seeing thru BetterHelp told me she wasn't "allowed" to write an ESA letter for me I was stunned. A friend told me to check the internet.So I started searching & Pettable had the best reviews & it was a money back guarantee. The process from start to finish was…
The process from start to finish was great and easy, they scheduled the meetings quickly and the actual meeting itself was only 15 minutes. I got the esa letter for my complex right away and the letter was approved shortly after.

Definitely worth it
I was really nervous about the whole process and read a few reviews that made me really hesitate but I decided to just do it. I'm so glad I did, I requested a consult on Friday night and by Monday afternoon I had a really good conversation with Stephanie and my letter for my fur babies. Stephanie treated me like a person and related to me in a very real way. I appreciate how kind and understanding she was. My letter has been accepted and I have one less thing to be anxious about.

The process was quick, easy and legitimate.
The process was quick and easy. I placed my request on Friday and was given an appointment for the next day. The counselor was very polite and addressed all of my concerns. On Sunday evening, my letter was generated and emailed to me. Pettable is a legitimate business and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to obtain an ESA letter.
