Very helpful and communicative
The man I spoke with on the phone was really communicative. I didn't know about this until my apartment manager referred me and I'm glad I explored this option.

Legitimacy for my "Emotion Wranglers"
I call my boys my "Emotion Wranglers". Everything about this experience was very easy. Customer service handled all of my questions quickly and professionally. Since I need a Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD), I also took their very informative course. It answered all of my questions and provided insights and methods. I have two dogs which help me control my PTSD. Now I have a certificate for the PSD course for each of them. When it came time for my interview with the Licensed Mental Health Professional. I was stressed out as these meetings have always caused extreme distress. My assigned Licensed Mental Health Professional was very kind and understanding. She immediately took away my stress and we were able to discuss my needs. I feel more confident knowing she is licensed in my state and available if I need her again. In the process one of my dogs was designated as my Emotional Support Dog (ESD) and the other was designated as my Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD). Their letters are written very professionally and I will have them should I need to use them on behalf of my dogs. I would highly recommend Pettable for this service. It was well worth my time and the money spent.

Amazing experience
The therapist I was assigned was absolutely amazing! She gave me some good advice on how to help me with some things I’m personally dealing with on top of writing the amazing ESA letter which was accepted yesterday! Thanks so much I will recommend this to everyone I know!
