A little rocky but customer service was very helpful!
My experience with Pettable was good! But, I had an issue with my therapist not calling me on the agreed time. The first appointment I had the call simply did not go through but customer service gave me a reschedule credit free of charge (other wise to reschedule it is about $30). The second appointment I had my therapist called me about a half an hour late (I checked the time change). Even though my experience was a little rocky, I am still giving Pettable five stars due to their kind and understanding customer service and the ease of the process once I was able to talk to my therapist.
