I was unfortunately not approved :(
The therapist provided was wonderful and ever so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my living situation did not approve the ESA at all which was the point of my inquiry :(.

Experience so bad i thinkbyall are…
Experience so bad i thinkbyall are running a scam. Horrible customer service reps that barely speak english. Therapist that cant even find my account. I just want my refund so i can throw the whole experience away.

The representative that I spoke with…was extremely rude and unprofessional
The representative that I spoke with was extremely rude, and would cut me off when answering their questions. She sounded like she had just woken out of bed and questioned whether I even needed an ESA; just extremely rude while I already have mental disabilities and going through a very rough separation. I am not sure that I will be using pettable anymore because of this person.

I have never received the call.
I have never received the call. I made an appointment and waited, but I never received any calls from them. I emailed the therapist and she replied back 3 hours after saying 'I left you a voice message' when clearly she did not even call haha. DON'T USE THESE SERVICES!

SCAM SCAM SCAM
It said 100% money back guarentee, but if you really search into it you find that its not in fact 100%. Sure some get 100% of the money back, but not 100% of the people get the money back. You don't get the money back unless it gets denied. Meaning they are admitting their product sucks and the best consolation they can give you for getting stranded with your dog and no place to live is your money back. But if you decide you don't want it because you don't want to deal with the stress that comes with possibly being denied? You're SOL. Its a scam that preys on people with mental illnesses and its disgusting.

Usually I don't like trusting 1 and 5…
Usually I don't like trusting 1 and 5 star reviews. I like to look in the middle. However, people should know that many landlords and housing departments WILL NOT accept a letter from an online source like this and they are not required to. By not telling you this, Pettable is absolutely lying to you. They are allowed to require a letter from a provider with a longer-standing relationship. You can find accurate requirements by looking up "Michigan state university animal legal and historical center", clicking on the first link, and putting "FAQs on Service and Assistance Animals in Housing" into the search bar.

As per Housing and Urban Development (HUD) a legally binding ESA means that you have spoken with a licensed therapist and that they have evaluated you and determined that you qualify for the letter according to the guidelines that are laid out by HUD in the Fair Housing Act.
