Educational.
The customer support was very compassionate and helpful. I received my ESA Letter in a timely manner. Customer support encouraged me to know my rights, now I do. Landlord tried too refuse my letter, and are now facing charges from HUD. My animals will stay with me. You HAVE to know your rights. Pettable really helped out with that.

Nicole Cook, my therapist, was so understanding and professional. She listened to my situation and discussed my mental health background with me at length. She was very attentive and made me feel safe and comfortable expressing my personal issues and how my fur babies are an integral part of my mental health plan. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist or outcome for me and my fur babies.
