Not only could I watch the training…
Not only could I watch the training videos but they had a written narrative that I could print inorder to read and review off line. I consistently worked with my dog and when it came time to fly, he sat in the seurity lines as directed, allowed the tsa to pat him down with me giving him a command and followed all commands. When walking, he will sit, stay, wait or go to his mat, all the training which took little effort on my part and a lot of treats to him which have been gradually diminished.

Marie Chacon was amazing! She was so kind and I could tell that she cares about the work she does. I have spoken with a lot of professionals that didn’t care about what I had to say and were straight to the point. Marie listened to all my ranting and was so supportive. My experience through Pettable has been amazing too! Getting an ESA letter for both my rabbits was such a last minute thing and I was able to get everything done in a little over 24hrs. I signed up and paid on Saturday and then I was able to make an appointment with Marie the next day. I received my ESA letter and everything was done. This is my first time doing this so I didn’t know what to expect but it definitely wasn’t this. I thought it was going to be a hassle and difficult but it was so easy! Thank you!

Great experience
I made an appointment, filled out the form and they called me within 48 hours for my evaluation. An approved me on the spot and email the letter of certification. Great experience.

I love the communication and easy going…
I love the communication and easy going process!! Jennifer was very professional and made me feel comfortable about my concerns. If you are looking for the right place to reunite you and your pet I definitely suggest Pettable!!
