The first interaction with Jennifer was great. However she is very unresponsive. I have sent a message asking her the sent the ESA letter directly to my leasing office as they said they couldn’t accept it unless it’s coming directly from a doctor. It’s been a week and no reply from Jennifer. I contacted customer service and ask them to reach out to her but still no response. I am highly disappointed and will be beyond upset if I have to use another service just because you guys couldn’t send an email. I do not plan on using Pettable in the future and i will not be referring it to my colleagues. Very disappointing

while your rep was contrite for calling a few minutes early (I'm very busy too) her demeanor was rushed and bored. I did a lot of research to find then best ESP sight and this was a let down...I think I could have told her anything and it wouldn't have made a difference

Overall, the idea of this service seems perfect. It definitely hasn't been the smoothest process. When I made my appointment, I paid the extra 50$ to have an appointment within 24 hours and still couldn't get one for a week. They were quick to agree to a 50$ refund back which was nice, but the advertisement seemed inaccurate, especially when it only ended up being a 5 minute phone call. Even after the appointment, I am still unsure if I will be able to get the documentation I need and I have been going through this process for about two weeks. My clinician is pretty unresponsive. I sent her several messages asking if it was okay to send hard copy mail to the address listed on the letter and never really got a straight answer. At this point, I am just hoping she returns the mail to my landlord so I don't have to ask for a reimbursement. The support staff are very responsive and try to be very helpful/pleasant which I appreciated though. When one of them reached out to my clinician for me, I got a short response back stating that her email was on the letter. That wasn't even really the question and it seemed almost passive aggressive. I would recommend Pettable to other people, but probably with the suggestion to speak with somebody other than Joy Ifill.

I was told I would be receiving a call for my appointment scheduled at 8 AM at 9 AM. I still had received no call or indication that anyone was going to call so I reached out to the customer service team. The customer service team had then gotten ahold of the provider and told me that my call would be rescheduled for 9:30 AM the same day 9:30 came and went with yet again no call and no indication that a call was going to happen again I get ahold of Pettable’s support team and I’m finally scheduled with a different provider to take my call. Thankfully this provider kept to her word and I had a lovely experience which was easy. Overall I had to miss work to adapt to the poor planning of the original provider and the pettable team but was eventually serviced therefore 2 stars.

My apartment would not honor the ESA letter but did make a deal with me for the pet deposit and let me keep both dogs. I have the letter for future use if needed.

I had a lot of hope for this site but after paying my money and scheduling my consultation, I was stood up and didn’t get my consultation. No one called ever. The only reason I have them 2 stars was because I got my refund without a hassle.

Prior to my appointment, no indication was made that I needed to have an existing ongoing treatment plan to which an ESA could be added. But that's what I was told once I had joined. Although I was promptly refunded after the call was ended, it still ended up being a waste of time. What's more, Pettable is charging 50% more than a comparable service which was able to complete my request faster and without issue.

I responded to an ad from Pettable saying that for $199 I would get a 15 minute consultation with a therapist and get an ESA Letter within 24 hours. They connected me to Dr Shilo Martin who began emailing me steadily for over 24 hours prior to our appointment. He said he needed to do a 'forensic exam' which would take much longer and cost more money!! He called me 10 minutes early without warning. Then he refused to send the letter. This man is a first class jerk. I am 72 years old and have ESA letters from prior counselors. Do not work with this so called 'Dr' I complained to Pettable and they gave me my money back but I will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible Drs. Also a forensic exam is for a crime scene - so Dr Shilo Martin wanted to treat me like a criminal! He should be fired. **My PCP is writing me an ESA letter because she believes me and knows me. This on line service is a scam!
