ESA evaluation and certificate-quick and efficient!
I was seeking an ESA certificate prior to moving out of my long-time family home and into an apt. The service was quick and efficient, I was able to provide most all of the health history in a series of forms online. After a brief Q&A with the licensed mental health professional the certificate was available for download immediately.

A Wonderful Experience in every way.
I am very pleased with how professional the whole process is handled. From beginning to end. The Customer Service was Fantastic. Even with an unbeknownst hiccup on my part. They were quick to clue me in, let me know exactly what I needed to do & even had my appointment switched w/in the hour. Days before my original appointment even took place. The Therapist was wonderful. He explained how everything works. Made certain I was clearly understanding everything. Informed me of some of the ins & outs that I may not had even registered to pay attention to n my own. Again, Very Pleasant & Very Professional. Thank you for helping those of us who do really rely on our animals being able to be more present in our day to day lives. You've made this procedure to really be user friendly, rather than confusing & stressful. Thank you again PETTABLE. You definitely earned & have my support/recommendation.

I got an appointment on the same day…
I got an appointment on the same day and had my letter within 24 hours. No problem with the paperwork and I was able to bring my dog home the next day
