Great support from Pettable team and LPC
Super easy to make an appointment and speak with an LPC about an ESA and my needs. Unfortunately, my landlord ultimately ended up denying my ESA letter for no specific reason. However, my Pettable therapist supported me through the entire process and gave advice when going back and forth with my apartment's legal team. I know it is not Pettable's fault that my pet got denied, it is my apartment doing the discrimination. Pettable support was very helpful and responsive each time I contacted them, and received a full refund right after I sent them the denial letter from my apartment. Though it did not work out for me in the end, I highly recommend this service, and my apartment has been reported to HUD.

Pettable was very helpful
Pettable was very helpful and a good experience. At first there was an error on my letter do to miscommunication. But was easily fixed. Would recommend to any pet owner.
