Provider was a joy
Provider was a joy. Thorough and helpful. Small system issue which Pettable addressed very quickly and made sure it did not cost me any extra. Very happy with my experience. Provider took the time to understand my situation and needs, provided additional resources and followed up with me. As someone who does not want to take advantage of services not afforded to me, I appreciate the care and consideration put into the process. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience becoming a Pettable customer.
I had a great experience becoming a client of Pettable. I appreciated the work I had to put in to be approved. The site is easy to navigate. Their customer service was very helpful when I needed them for an error I made. The doctor assigned to me was kind, thorough, and very direct; which I appreciate. This is definitely not a quick process like some of the other sites I looked into. It took me 2 days to get approved. Pettable does not hand out ESA certifications like candy. If you are serious about getting proper ESA certification(s) for your furbaby, I highly recommend Pettable.
