I was leery about any online service being legitimate. After some research I decided to try pettable. I had just moved to a new state and my new insurance hadnt kicked in not to mention finding a new Dr. As my current Dr didn't feel comfortable treating me since I was no longer in state. I needed the letter for my new place. Pettable was amazing!. Throughout the process steps were easy to follow. I made my appt. The Dr. even called me a little early! We spoke, he is a very kind man. We discussed and he made me feel confident and protected. I was approved and I wasn't just sent a letter. The Dr. Continued to text with me and let me know that if I had any issues with my landlord that he would speak to them personally. I was amazed at the fantastic support. I did not have any issues, they accepted the letter which btw was as professional looking as you should expect it to be. My experience was great and with a discount for the renew in one yr. I won't be going any where else. Awesome job!

The whole process was very easy and convenient. I was able to meet with someone same day and get approval which helped me out loads with an upcoming move. On top of that, the therapist made it super easy to talk about my symptoms and experiences and I didn't feel judged at all! I'll be recommending and coming back!

From start to receiving my ESA letter everyone at Pettables was very helpful and professional. The chat available during requesting the letter and making an appointment was helpful. They even confirmed that I had completed everything needed for my appointment. Marie was prompt with the call and very professional and helpful. She even spent a little more time with me to easy my concerns. I highly recommend pettables for your needs.

This is by far the best pet service ever! I talked to a licensed counselor from my state and had a letter sent through the same day! It was easy and my landlord approved it! The customer service was awesome and answered any questions I needed as well. 💯 I highly recommend it. Thank you!
