Awesome service
Awesome service! I booked my appointment late one night for early the next morning. There was no problem, I received my confirmation the next day when business hours opened and was able to upload all required documents and information with no problem. My care provider called about 15-20mins after my scheduled time but I understand that healthcare can not always be on time do to emergencies and other circumstances that can keep the provider occupied. I got the rush service and received my letter within 24 hours. My letter was accepted by my complex and they approved my ESA and that process was also within 24 hours. Thank you for offering this service!

Pettable is so worth it!
My experience was fantastic! The counselor I spoke to was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable and even gave me resources to look into for my mental illness. It was a truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Pettable!

Could've been scary - but wasn't!
Moving into an apartment for the first time in decades - there are LOTS of bumps in the road - including getting documentation for my emotional support cat. Pettable was able to connect me with a helpful and professional counselor to guide me through what could have been a frustrating or scary process. Kya Miller, LICSW, LCSW was thoughtful, professional and clear. And I appreciated her help in the process.
