Exceeded My Expectations

It was super fast
It was super fast, easy, and they didn’t pry to much into my mental illness and past which was amazing since it’s really hard for me to talk about. My letter was approved by my apartment and now I can have my pets with me no matter where life take me.

I’ve been working with Kya for a little over 2 years

The customer support was excellent
The customer support was excellent. The staff listened and I did not feel judged for having a non standard esa. The process was easy to follow. The phone interview was smooth. As well as the forms being simple to follow and complete.
