Quick, professional an legit!
Pettable staff are professional and the ESA documentation process is straight forward. Consumer beware there are companies out there that will scam and not provide legally complaint ESA documentation. I did look into a couple of other companies, one was not legit and the other required me to fill out lengthy paperwork. At pettable I just uploaded some pictures, they called me and the details were squared away in less than 5 minutes! 48 hours later my ESA letter was available for download.

Extremely professional
Extremely professional! What a stressful situation I was in getting ready to move and having a difficult time thinking I wasn't going to be able to bring my pet of 13 years with me to my new place. She has been a Godsend during the past several years that I have battled depression. The process was so easy and Aubrey Lemire was professional, knowledgeable and so kind-hearted of my converns. The process was so easy and I was able to obtain what I needed to keep my furry friend with me. I can't thank you enough for also helping me to get back on track in my healthy journey. Beyond happy!

Best part about this experience was that Pettable is available to contact your landlord if requested. Many do not, which can cause letters to not be accepted.
