This company has some of the rudest unsympathetic therapist my last therapist left this job I can see why now an they gave me a new mf who was suppose to do my consultation for my forms an stuff soon she answer the phone I knew it was gone be a problem she wasn't welcoming at all smart mouth and I'm actually glad I'm no longer being with them because the pet screening is asking for a ROI from a actual provider therapist facility and it kept denying the one i have now so even if i did get the forms it won't cover the ROI like it would have before they ask for the ROI im just going to go the actual legit way to my real doctor all they care bout is makin money and issuing these papers btw housing are starting to deny i see better to do things legit so won't have to deal with stuff like this I woke up happy in good positive mood until that lady got on the phone but im not gone let them bother me at all i called my doctor and i will be going to see her. All i can say is thank you to ste****** I wish you was my therapist still i wouldn't have went through what i did this morning with another but I am glad to have met such a beautiful soul as you🥰

I paid 200 for an appointment plus the 50 extra for them to fill out my college's ESA form. I had the appointment scheduled, and they determined I was unfit before they even met with me. My assigned person emailed me before the meeting saying I didn't meet their requirements and that they couldn't give me a letter, all while making multiple grammatical mistakes throughout the email. I specifically asked if we could go over my symptoms more in depth over my phone call meeting and my "therapist" said of course, but then they cancelled it only a few hours before it was scheduled. Very unprofessional and disappointing that their therapists invalidated my symptoms before she even talked to me.

Worst service ever, instead of helping me to get an ESA letter for my son, they told me to call and go somewhere else. I think my son is not depressed enough to be approved. The lady on the phone was very rude, and tried to explain my son’s situation, but she just told me to get help in another place or live in a housing that accept pets. The interview did not even last 5 min. She didn’t even explain anything to me and hung up. Not professional at all, and all this webpage do is fake advertising. Hope she is reading this. My son is 8 year old, and she could have helped my son. I guess the system in US is broken with this kind of people.

Gave my PHI out to a third party and then told me to go away when I filed a complaint...after they no call no showed for two visits...

Dr. Was nice. I found out that ESA certificate does not work, only service dog works and they are completely different. I feel this was a complete waste of $150 and I feel taken advantage of.

I was Insulted verbally, emotionally and mentally by an (arrogant Therapist) that talked over me on multiple phone calls and was forceful and controlling with condescending statements to me. Along with the intrusive request to Bill my Insurance when I paid for a Dog Letter myself. I (did not get my letter) because (I) refused to allow bad behavior from the Pettable Therapist. I complained to Pettable regarding these issues and explained several times the (insults) I received from the therapists. So I have (no letter) because I refuse to accept this kind of treatment. I now demand and expect a full refund from this horrible stressful Pettable experience. I am now requesting my PCP to assist me. (Returning Client Vivian D.)

I live in Arizona and I gave my new apartment the ESA letter and they denied it. I gave pettable the denial letter from the lawyer my apartment gave me but instead of complying with Arizona's laws they want me to write a complaint on HUD to get a refund.

I purchased a package for esa letter for up to two animals. I have 2 dogs but when I made original request last month I only asked for 1 at the time because my second dog wasn't currently with me and I knew I had the option to add her later. I called just now to request her name be added and I spoke to a woman named Donna who was very rude and said I would have to purchase an additional package. I explained to her that my package included 2 animals but she insisted I had to pay again. What a money grubbing racket!!!! Will not recommend this service to anyone!!!!!!
