Spoke to Dr Karen Frontczak. I was seeking a letter for an ESA due to effects suffered from a high stress/high anxiety job in the law enforcement field, and was told that since I am not crippled by depression and unable to get out of bed in the morning that I do not qualify for a letter. She told me that the “whole world is stressed” and I am no exception. Apparently Pettable is only able to help you if you are completely disabled by your stress/anxiety/depression, and their Doctors are unwilling to assist. She tried to imply that the only reason I must be seeking an ESA is to avoid a pet rent that I’m already paying. Thanks for nothing, and for making a person who suffers from high stress and anxiety feel even more distrusting of already uncomfortable social environments.
