Excellent customer service!
I needed to renew my letters but there was a problem in scheduling the consultation. I contacted customer service but the call dropped right after the rep answered. I called back. Same thing happened. This time though, the rep (Matias Gomez) called me back. He listened to my issue, said he would research it, then promised a follow up in a couple hours. In about an hour I received an email from him telling me everything was clear and I could schedule my appointment. He delivered on everything he promised. I hate to say it, but that’s rare these days. I was able to schedule with Heather, who has ALWAYS been understanding and easy to talk to. She approved my renewal right away. It was a breeze. I can’t live without my ferrets. They truly give me a reason to get up in the morning and deal with the world. I don’t know what I would’ve done if I couldn’t get the letters so I could keep my little guys. Excellent experience!
