I had been a long time customer of Pet Smart and stood behind them 100%…until today! If I could give them 0 stars and still be able to leave a comment, I would! The grooming salon as well as the store on Two Notch Rd. In Columbia SC IS A COMPLETE JOKE! Grooming salon manager tried to convince my dog’s vet tech to state my dog could not be groomed because of his condition. Didn’t think that the vet tech would call to tell me what she’d done! Needless to say, even though I have been a longtime customer of theirs they have definitely lost a great customer! In my opinion, the grooming manager, assistant store manager, as well as the store manager are COMPLETE BUMS AND Morons who lack accountability and definitely should not be in leadership roles!

I took my dog to the stress less 3 day training class and learned nothing. No reputable dog trainer should automatically be pushing you to put your dog on meds. Just because the trainer needs meds to calm herself down doesn’t mean every dog does, especially when she was told all 3 days that my dog was seen by a vet and I was told she doesn’t need meds. I am not shopping around for a vet that will put her on meds if she doesn’t need them.

I can no longer sign in. I changed my password, and still could not sign in. I sent them this message: "I can no longer sign in. I changed my password, and still could not sign in." They responded: "Our records indicate that your account was created using a social media account (Facebook, Twitter, or Google). Unfortunately, since the account was created using your social media account, we do not have the ability to reset the password on our end. To sign in, simply go to petsmart dot com and click the relevant social media icon associated with your account. You will then be prompted to enter the username and password for that social media account. Once signed in, you will be routed to your Treats account. If you are unable to login to your social media account, you will need to request a password reset from them. If you no longer have your social media account, you will need to create a new Treats account with a separate email address." They did not tell me which account it was. So I had to click on all of the social media accounts one at a time and logged in. They had stated, "Once signed in, you will be routed to your Treats account." Nope, I just stayed on the social media account. So now I have to make an all new email account first, and then sign up again, just for this one site? These incompetent people have just lost a customer.

Just went to Pet Smart in Sterling, IL on Black Friday. Sign said “buy 3 snacks get 4th and 5th free.” We got to cashier and found out a person had to register with the store in order to get discount. We put the treats back.

after 8 days and product not shipped on order 46455118 -- I ended up cancelling my order. I am totally disgusted with Petsmart, no communication, no care that the product doesn't ship. If order items are on backorder, an email should be sent stating that fact. I WILL NEVER USE PETSMART AGAIN :( will stick with my LOCAL Canadian pet stores!!!! A very unhappy customer.

Very upset and concerned. After booking an appointment, I arrived with my dogs and was told that because they are partially blind and partially deaf that they would not groom one of them because he was “too old and gets too anxious” and they would do the other one! They are both the same age! Needless to say I left and will not be going to Pet Smart near Park Meadows. They were not very compassionate or caring.

When ordering from their website for store pick up often the website displays that the item is available and allows you to process your transaction charging your credit card. When you receive a response from the individual store for the brick-and-mortar pick up some of the items that displayed as available and have been charged to your credit card are in fact not available. There is no way to cancel the remainder of the items in the order and receive credit to your credit card without going to the store or waiting a week for you the customer to not pick up the item and then hoping that someone in the store process the refund in some timely fashion after that week has passed. Petsmart needs to stop deceiving their customers and holding their money hostage.

I ordered an acrylic aquarium that Petsmart's webiste indicated was in stock to replace a leaking aquarium. I would not have ordered the aquarium if I knew it would have to be built. After more than two weeks the aqurium has not shipped, Petsmart says they cannot cancel the order as it has been sent TO BE BUILT. No indication of when it will ship. Terrible customer service, will not shop with Petsmart again.
