They need to learn to be respectful of the elderly.Cashier was very rude and not helpful.

I took my moltipoo for a puppy grooming and the person that did the grooming cut my puppy's hair way to short. My puppy's hair trim on his face was not even. I will not take my puppy back to PetSmart. Not happy

First time using Pet smart groomers. Ladies very friendly, they took their time with my dog to greet him as it was his first experience being groomed. He is 10months old golden retriever/ Great Pyrenees mix he was scared they made him feel very comfortable. They did a fantastic job with him and called me ahead of time so he wouldn’t be waiting around. I will be using them again and great price !! Awesome service 😊

Big chunk of fur missing on right side of my dog's muzzle. How did that happen?? Hope she washurt!! Uneven ears and ear ends were still wet. Ears were flipped up instead of under and in. Very unprofessional.

I would give 0 stars if it allowed me. This place butchered my cockapoo. The groomer told me she wouldn’t sit still but instead of just stopping and calling me she continued to groom her and left her all uneven. She was itching afterwards and they didn’t even trim her nail which I paid for. I would never use this place again.

do not take dog s to elcajon dogie hotel or day care or shop at the elcjon store they are rude and they do not care about the pets and mean to people they homeless go bath room out side the store, and they abuse the dogs, my dog came home blood and hurt paw from dogie day care,

Usually I go to Petco but they closed fairly early. Every once in awhile I go to PetSmart. Every time I go there I usually end up standing around for 20 minutes. Worst customer service ever! their prices are way too expensive. And every time I always end up walking out of the store with nothing because I don't get any service.

A female groomer called me today. She offered me an appointment "before the holiday rush." I said that my dog was cut from his chest to his neck one time. The next time he was released without being washed or a haircut. I told her what happened and the dip hung up on me.
