Petsmart has a sale on dog beds 30% off and all the orthopaedic beds are sold out. But now January 4th/2023 sale is over and mysteriously they have lots in stock at regular price!! Maybe don’t have a sale if you don’t want to stand behind the 30% off!!! Poor practice. I buy all my pet food at Petsmart but can’t get a bit of a break on an orthopaedic dog bed. Really sad Petsmart!!

We'd purchased a crate pad for a new large puppy but it didn't fit the crate we borrowed. Our dog ate the receipt and the tag off the pad. Our local PetSmart was able to identify the sale based on our "frequent buyer" / "Loyalty" number and gave us a full credit back. It took minutes to find the receipt and apply the credit. They were awesome! Love taking our pet to the store and walking around. They've helped care for three dogs now. Won't go anywhere else.

Just signed up with direct shipping and auto ship. They did not ship the products they didn't notify me until the day it was to arrive. Called customer service because they don't give you the option to cancel on the website. They were not much help either. Told me 10 days to credit back to my card but only took 1 minute to charge it. I requested an email to confirm the conversation. Told she didn't have the capability to do that but 2 minutes after the conversation I received an email requesting me to rate my conversation with the representative. I don't recommend doing business with PetSmart.

I had an appointment for my dog at cascade station in Oregon. As soon as I walked in I felt the bad vibe, the lady at the front desk name Maria checked my dog, and said she was very matted when she wasnt. She had a few mats on her legs. The hair dresser wanted the easy way out by shaving my dogs hair. I said no!! I had an appt so my dog can be bathe and dematted not to have her get shaved, but they kept insisting she needed to be seen by a hair dresser! they were mistreating a dog while I was there the dog was getting pushed and pulled by another hair dresser All the hair dressers are rude! DONT TAKE YOUR DOGS THERE THEY WILL MISTREAT YOUR DOGS ! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THEIR AWFUL!!

I have never been so disappointed in a groomer’s performance. There are no 2 hairs the same length. His paws were untouched and he looks like the work was done by a 5 year old. We even provided a picture as a guide. We even gave a large tip because you pay first and then you get your dog. We will never return.
