Would be great if you could actually logon! Lets me logon to the Canada site just fine. Only problem, I'm in the US and signed up for the account on the .com site, not the .ca! Absolute joke when you can't even get a simple logon page to work. I've tried multiple browsers and none of them work. No message, just refreshes the logon page. Tried resetting the password. That didn't work either! Hire some competent web programmers FFS! The frustration simply isn't worth it anymore, so I'll just go to PetCo from now on, even though it is a bit of a further drive. I haven't seen a website this bad in and extremely long time!

Yet another call to customer service because the Petsmart website screwed up and wouldn't let me check out. Again, again and again. Website has been screwed up for months. No use ordering online if you spend an hour filling a cart just to have it wiped out. So now my really large order will go to Pet Supply Plus.

I bought a hamster named Ted and he turned into a human and ran away. I caught him before he got out the door but he was on my staircase, plotting his escape! I am very 😡 at petsmart for holding human hamsters hostage in the store! 😡😡

What is the sense of using your curbside pickup service if shoppers are taking both of your spots to pick up their dogs from the grooming centers? Even in confronting these people as they parked in the last spot (the other spot was also taken by people shopping in the store) and explaining that I was trying to pick up my order, they told me to eff off. This is a deterrent for me. If you offer curbside pickup then do something to keep the spots open and make curbside pickup happen.

Sorry to say that my Westie , Muldoon was groomed today at Petsmart on Wedgewood Ln. By John, our second experience there and our last. Took 5 1/2 hours, which is very stressful for the dog and he was unable to cut or grind his nails. The reason he needs the nails cut & grinded every 4-5 weeks is because my husband is on blood thinners , if they’re NOT a blood bath occurs. Who’s in charge? John the 20 lb dog OR YOU? PUT A MUZZLE ON HIM!!!

Making appointment for my dog Poye went well. When I entered with my dog Poye they told me my dog had to see a Doctor for his ears and refused to groom Poye. So I went to Doctors and Doctor found nothing wrong with his ears. So I ended up going to another groomer and did a amazing job. Pet smart employees are very unprofessional in what there doing. Ver disappointed.

Leaving a minimum rating as I am left shocked after seeing the cruel way PetSmart keeps Beta fish in containers no larger than a yogurt pot. Cares about animals? I don’t think so.

I wish there was a 0 star... I've been trying to get my 7yr old dog groomed for about 6mtgs. Appointments were so far out, I even tried to get him in before his rabies vaccine was out of date. They made me reschedule for being 12min late & had to rebook. But what they had was past his rabies vaccine date. I work Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, its VERY HARD getting him too & from the vet during the week & weekends are almost unavailable for months. Then when I complain, the little rat looking groomer had the nerve to TRY & get smart with me & saying she didn't have a scanner to scan his vaccine tag, that there was no store email to get the vet to send proof too. By then it was past 3:30pm & his appointment was at 3pm & they won't take him if you're 15min late saying that they have to move on to another animal? How? If my appointment was for 1hr & I'm 15min late, what they gonna do with the other 45min? They start another dog in my time slot? What if I was there on time? Would they rush thru my dog to start another one? $57-$61 is a LOT to pay for a bath & haircut that only lasts 1hr. I wish I was paid $50-$60/hr. My dog had been coming here since I got him at 2mths old. When people in the salon changed, these new people have sucked! Anyway, I'm over their passive attention where they act like they can't get my dog in for being 15min late. I spoke to the manager & when I did this chick kept looking at the other one like she wanted to say something. Thats why people/workers get their asses handed to them, their customer service in Garner, NC on Timber Drive, SUCKS! Josh, the manager did NOTHING except try to explain why my matted, lopsided hair cut dog can't get groomed. No LOYALTY for the regular customers of my skin color. As soon as I find a BETTER place even if it costs $100, I'm OUT of there, NEVER going back!
