I brought Lola to get her anal glands taking care. And the customer service was horrible, employees shouldn’t practice what is now their vocation to do. And just remembering that when you are coming to work personal problems leave them outside. At the end animal sence that bad bide. Happened at Woodbrige va.

I brought my Westie in for a grooming appointment. I had been there maybe 2-3 times before in the last 7 years. My dog had mats on him like this before and the other groomers (not at Petsmart) had no problem with his mats. I brought him in there and the groomer and I had a decent conversation. I said “please don’t shave him” as a joke. She said “ha, no we won’t need to do that.” I come back and my dog is practically shaved from the bottom of his jaw line to his butt. UNACCEPTABLE. I am extremely disappointed and my Westie Is acting completely different because he is practically naked in his mind…. I will continue getting his prescription food there….

Horrible customer service. I signed up for puppy classes. They canceled the class every week. The first week they said the trainer had a graduation party and then hung up on me. The second time they called and said the trainer was sick and again hung up on me before I could ask any questions. The third time they never even called, I went to the store and was told the class was canceled. I sent an email to the corporate office and the reply back was rude and simply said I could go to the store and ask for a refund. I would never sign up for any type of service at petsmart again.

Horrendous customer service (Johns Creek location) ! They called me 30 minutes prior to the appt to cancel it - I was already on the way. I rescheduled for the next day - they made me cancel that as well. Johns Creek location is pathetic and bad..the grooming manager is the worst - has pathetic customer skills - avoid at all costs.

After taking my Huskies to the Petsmart in Royal Palm Beach, FL since 2009, they refused to take my new Husky puppy because of matted hair; instead they send me to a mobile groomer! Don’t they call themselves groomers? Also, my black & white Husky has one black nail that is never touch by them, their answer is: she didn’t let us do it, are they professionals or not. They lost me as a customer and I used to pay a lot with the furminator treatment, now I have a better groomer that’s does the black nails and everything else. I would not recommend Petsmart at all, a few times I found someone that cares about the dogs but they transferred her to a different store. Petsmart, should hire real groomers and people that cares for our dogs or cats.

My first experience with Petsmart grooming. My last experience with Petsmart grooming. I am completely dissatisfied. The only thing I am happy with is they clipped his nails. I can’t safely do that. He is a shorthair dog so no cut needed. Person who did the check-in was rude. When I picked him up they did not stop to talk to me. It cost me about 70$. I am concerned that he was not treated well because he shivered and cowed down on the way home. He is 10 years and has never done that before. I do not recommend them. South Broadway Tyler TX

I was looking for a electronic training collar. "Tyler" or "Justin" I think in Orange CT. helped me. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and explained a lot about the product and how it worked. i was very happy with my shopping experience.
