Called to book an appointment at the. Barrie north store. Girl identified herself as a groomer said she would check and never returned to the phone. Called back twice I was transferred to the grooming dept and no one answered. Pathetic service. Won’t go back there to buy anything either. Bigger isn’t necessarily better.

Took my Chihuahua in for her nails, I was refused because she came in wearing a muzzle. The employee said it would have been fine if she wasn't wearing it when she came in and they put it on, I just put it on her before entering the store...a 20 minute drive for nothing... absolutely ridiculous!!!!! 🤬

Ordered some meds for my cat only to have the order cancelled on the delivery date. They issued me a refund for the item after days of waiting but keep the delivery tip so they didn’t fully refund me everything I paid. Don’t waste your time. Petco had my order same day no problems and didn’t take my tip money for themselves

I ordered treats online (buy one get one free) which was delivered by Doordash. My order arrived the same day & well before the scheduled time. I was very impressed with the service. The only downside would be that I neither heard the doorbell ring nor a knock on the door to notify me that my order had been delivered. I was in the house all day so not sure what happened?

My son took our 70 lb. hound dog in for a bath and nail trim. We had booked it by phone and expected it to be a 2 hr. experience so he thought he would run some errands and wait in the area as he had time before going to work. Turns out it is a 4 hr. experience (that wasn't mentioned on the phone). As a senior citizen I'm not overly eager to pick up a strong, excited dog but I go since my son has to leave for work. It's worse than I thought. They said they couldn't really trim her nails but they tried (and obviously failed). Some nails have been trimmed and some weren't. Looks terrible. The dog is so eager to get outside that she's nearly dragging me out the door and into the parking area. I'm doing my best to direct her to the car. Turns out she has to poop. Now. In the middle of the parking lot. Seems they never let her go out for a potty break. Fortunately I have bags with me and am scooping poop in the middle of traffic. I get her home and she immediately drinks two good sized bowls of water. Dehydrated. Later she's laying on the couch asleep and begins whimpering. I've never heard her do that. I sit with her for hours to calm her down. We are never taking her back to that store for grooming again.

I bought this Item 5276966 Free Spirit® Bark Dog E-Collar, and it does not work at all! My dog still keeps me up during the night. Very unsatisfied.

I took my puppy here to the Garland location, they were all pretty friendly but the cut I asked for is not anywhere near what I got. Nails were not taken care of either , this is the last time I will use their services it is my 3rd time and enough is enough. If anyone knows of a better place please reply here. Thank you.

I purchased a 75 gallon aquarium 19 days ago and after being told the item is in stock and will ship soon it still hasn't shipped. The multiple emails and phone calls were just a smoke screen. Their customer service and lack of service after the sale are the worst I have ever encountered. I am a buyer by profession and would dump a vendor of mine with such poor performance.
