Rogers Arkansas----Never even got to go get the store to groom my dog. 1. they don't answer the phone anymore 2. the automated canned voice response is to go the the website and schedule the grooming apptment. 3. the website doesn't work when trying to schedule. 4. the automated e mail is ludicrous and totally "canned " response as well. You don't deserve even 1 star.

The manager at Delray location "Dan" let's me in early to get crickets for my son's Geko. He and the staff in Delray are always kind and helpful.

What went wrong this time? I've been canceled 2 times in a week, I lost a working day just to made it to my second appointment and they just canceled me 40 minutes before. I'm so upset and disappointed on Petsmart. I'll never come back. I keep wondering if they are resist or just an professional, because why the white person before me wasn't canceled 🤔

You have to order a month or more in advance to get your supplies needed or you have pay extra for the expedited service. They ALWAYS say the ground shipments have delays. Why? I signed up for autoship. Said on the way , took my money. The date for auto ship was on the 22nd. Today the 27th, tracking number says can't give any info at this time. What a joke! If they weren't the only company that sells the item my dogs need, I would never shop here again!

I bought a small protein skimmer here at the Bloomington store and this thing has NEVER worked correctly, I don't know anything about skimmers so I wasn't sure if it was or not, so upon further inspection and watching YouTube because there was no instructions plus the box had been taped up as if someone prior brought it back ...well now it is too late to take back..also I went in asking advice and to tell what is going on with my tank and honestly the salesman was knowledgeable on what he was talking about but I couldn't get ONE WORD in edgewise to tell him about my problem, I tried his advise but ultimately went with my initial reason for coming there so I just ordered it online...sad, he talked me out of buying what I wanted and sold me a bum skimmer.
