I love being able to find so man things but the associates seem to think they know more than my vet or any other expert, it’s annoying to be told I’m wrong about everything , like fish tank size , temperature a certain fish likes or what kind of food to feed my dog etc. Like I pay a lot of $$$ to a 5* vet and I will follow their advice not some 20 yr old enthusiast who’s taken a few classes at work . My point is managers should be pushing good customer service to staff and reprimanding a staff member who thinks it’s ok to be-little a customer’s question or comment. Every time I go in and ask or say anything I get treated like poop by some blue haired fattie .I’ll be shopping elsewhere .

Poor customer service. I traveled out of my way to make purchases that were advertised online. Nowhere online did it say you must be a member to receive the offer. At checkout, I was informed point blank I must be a member to receive the offers. The clerk gave no options, just simply told me I needed to be a member to receive the deal. Did not purchase the items, won't go back. I don't need to kiss somebody's a-- to take my money. Had the check out person offered me the option to become a member and smiled I would have made those purchases. I stopped at the next pet store up the road, on my way home.

Shannon was our Wylie's groomer today. She did such a good job! Super friendly staff! Was done in a timely manner too. Definitely recommend Petsmart groomers!

We tried to order on line and by the time we got done entering our items. It blocked us. The online system is buggy and makes me question security. They lost a lot of money today.

In regards to Buffalo NY, Elmwood Ave. The upper management of this store is very dismissive of their own policies. Such as giving raises in a timely manner, not paying newly hired cashiers more then employees employed for over a year at this store, highly critical of employees need to have to take personal days due to family crisis. Rather be of any assistance they punish the employee by taking away work hours or they are made to feel guilty. Be Aware of what kind of job you are getting yourself into, here!

On Black Friday I was on Petsmart.com trying to buy items using Black Friday discounts. Fairly soon I was denied access to the site and couldn’t continue till I called customer service. The young lady that spoke to me and helped me solve my issues was so wonderful! She was patient and friendly and very knowledgeable about what might have caused the snafu. She walked me through the process and we successfully got back on site. Kudos to this rep and many thanks for a good experience. I didn’t get her name but she’ll know me .

Sold me a cage online didn’t. Deliver it lied told me that my transaction being investigated even though I bought through PayPal multiple lies told and then said the cage wasn’t. Available and to top off the low level of treatment they didn’t. Refund my money trash I never deal with them again lowlifes
