I had a really bad experience with customer service. I called to inquire about my going to expired prepaid grooming service, but the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and sounded impatient from the get-go. While I understand that there are company policies to follow, there's really no excuse for such rudeness. It only made my experience even worse.

I just spent $110 to have my dog cut and bathed. It was fair at best. When I got home I had to brush her for another 1/2 hour, trimmed her nails and finished drying her. I should have just done it myself.

PetSmart uses FedEx to deliver orders and both PetSmart and FedEx SUCK! PetSmart customer service is a joke. Order deliveries by FedEx at your own risk, it's not worth it!

My grandson who is 12 years old has bought four fish tanks full of fish frogs snails etc from PetSmart via his great-grandmother who has dementia driving him there. They sold them to him, without adult permission and he's let them die and it's a crying shame. It should be criminal to sell to a minor. It's disgusting. I called PetSmart to see if they would take them back but for free but they said no, contact a private pet store.

HORRIBLE place to have your pet groomed! Don't ever take your dog to PetSmart in Roseville, MN. The groomers are NOT well trained, they are unfriendly, crass, and disrespectful to your pets. Plus the store is a mess, much of the food on the shelves have gone past their expiration dates. TERRIBLE business! I'll never go there again!

I ordered three bags of kitty litter (world's best 15 lb bags) and it arrived in a wrecked box but most importantly with one bag taped, and of course it leaked, this obviously happened at the store/warehouse. First time I tried them instead of Chewy, guess where I'll never shop again?

I made an appointment to come in on 4/21/24 to have my 6 month old puppy groomed. The groomer was working on a dog when we got there. Poor dog looked like it was skinned alive. It was a white dog and I saw places where it was cut way too close. I was given so many excuses as to why they could not groom my dog. The first thing the groomer says is we can take our dog somewhere else. This gives me the impression she really did not want to groom a Shih Tzu. She said it would be extra money for extra hands. Then she says no body is going to be able to do it for the entire cut. She gets the clippers out to see if my dog would be afraid. When my pup did not respond negatively to the sound of the clippers, then it was she has to be able to stand up the entire time. Yet you see pictures of animals that are siting down on their web advertisements. We can trim her face but we would have to see how she responds first. Well she may not like the sound of the dryers in the back. One damn excuse after another. My dog gets a bath every two weeks, blow dried and her nails clipped every month. She doesn't flinch. You have to comb out the mats first. PetSmart has so many one star reviews it ridiculous. No concern for how far we had to travel in the rain. All that BS should have been ironed out before we came out. The worst place ever. I don't know how they stay in business. I am contacting the corporate office ASAP.

I had a better opinion about this store, but now I have changed my point of view. Prices are high, quality of goods is very poor
