4/2024 i bought a fish tank $200.00 it cracked and leaked water. I contacted petsmart NO customer service for a replacement or a discount on another.. but the petsmart AI said No?! To Contact the manufacturer of the fish tank..! Ok WHAT!!!? I BOUGHT IT OFF PETSMART ONLINE,RECEIPT IS PETSMART... so i re-sent my review of 1 star that tell how my interactions with petsmart was! I received the same form email.. sorry we could not help you....... do not petsmart companies understand how that customer service could had at least, offered me 30,40%??? off my next purchase! Something, if could not replace fish tank... that would have kept me as a satisfied customer!!(happy) But NO! SO I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PETSMART AGAIN...Amazon is the way to go guys! They will make you feel valued as a customer if you have any problems with items sold online( they will never tell you to go too the manufacturer) .... beware do not buy from petsmart... they do not get it.

DO NOT USE THE GROOMING SALON PETSMART IN AGORA/SELMA TEXAS! SCHNAUZERS ESPECIALLY! 2 employees were verbally passive aggressive to let me know my schnauzer was not wanted there anymore. Quote "lets tell the truth here" and "we may not groom him anymore." My pup does not like his ears done, so as I have said before, DONT DO THEM. Been using PetSmart 15 years, 3 schnauzers. THIS LOCATION HORRIBLE. Dont worry Agora Grooming Salon, the mighty Thor will NOT grace your doors again...

The College Station groomer clipped the dog so close it caused an infection and over $300.00 in veterinary fess/supplies, not to mention the dog was INJURED. Petsmart not only will not cover the costs, the store manager was VERY rude!

I’ve worked with Petsmart for three months now and it is literally the best job I’ve ever had as far as a corporate job goes. It is very inclusive and the employees really care about their positions and each other.

So this review disappeared before I finished. I made an appointment at your grooming salon where I have always taken my dogs. This was a new dog I had just taken as a rehomed dog. The groomer mentioned when I picked him up that he had a pretty bad dry skin condition. I checked with his vet. on our next appointment. I purchased the shampoos he said I should use but when I took him in they wanted 10.00 extra for using our own vet recommended product what kind of customer service is that? Does it take more time to do that. Is that just an xtra way to make more money That will be my last appointment and believe me I will spread the word to all my friends with dogs

Online Order for Prescription Cat Food: I called yesterday evening to the local Petsmart from which my order was to be picked up. The phone was finally answered by a young man after 12-15 minutes of repeated phone calls. He seemed to be helpful enough in responding to my request to have my order be marked as "Picked Up" in order to avoid having it canceled by Petsmart.com the following day due to PetSmart's restrictive 3-day deadline for pickup of online orders. But apparently the associate didn't realize that this had to be done online and not just with a handwritten note placed on my order! As a result, my order was cancelled by Petsmart.com and returned to the shelves in the store this morning. Only I didn't receive a notification about this until this afternoon when I already had driven the 12 or 13 miles to the store. This was upsetting, wasteful of my time and gas, and definitely not customer friendly. It will be some time before I shop at PetSmart again. Its 3 day deadline for online order pick-ups should be extended by at least a day and provided with more flexibility in the event of unseen situations that delay customer pick-up.

i spoke to Brandon Bordelon PetSmart Manager Lafayette 337-984-5319 he said he does not care what the refund policy is for Training classes he will NOT give me a FULL REFUND they have lost me as a customer i reported him to the pet-smart corporate office.... What is the refund policy for Training classes? Is satisfaction guaranteed legally binding? Satisfaction Guaranteed typically refers to a legally-binding express guarantee of satisfaction in the contract of a sale of goods...... UPDATE SOMEONE NEW CALLED ME FROM THE LOCAL STORE SHE SAID TOO SHE DOES NOT CARE WHAT THE REFUND POLICY IS THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND!!!

I can't believe petsmart is storing and shipping old expired food. I ordered 3 bags of wellness core cat food. Opened bag and put out for my 4 cats to eat and they all refused to eat. I noticed the cat food smelled like paint, chemical smell then could not believe when I saw the cat food bags expiration dates were all expired June 2022. That is almost 2 years. I would recommend ordering cat food from Amazon.
