Groomers took my dog and called me an hour later to tell me she escaped and cut her foot on the door. They told me it was a small cut, but it went up the back of her leg! I was taking her there for 3 years with no problems but not anymore. My dog is now traumatized 😡😡

Only gave 1 star because I dont believe that you can give less. Emily at the Lakeville Petsmart completely butchered my shih tzu-pomeranian. He went in long haired with a fluffy tail,came out with a shaved ,pig looking tail,and completely butchered body. Then she would not even come out and talk to me for pick up and the other groomer talking to me had the audacity to tell me that I needed to tell my dog how handsome he looked with his nice new haircut. My dog is now acting extremely depressed, hasnt eaten since and can barely go outside to potty with his bald backside and tail. He looks like a little pig😭😭😭

I was told over and over not to take my dog there by different friends,but I thought let give them a try,well take my advice DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE I wouldn’t even take a fly there ,the one in Irving Texas. I had a horrible experience there and doesn’t help that they have a Manager because he will not help you!!!!

Went to PetSmart to get my puppies nails trimmed on Northern and 59th ave. Melissa the pet groomer is very rude. She has no friendliness about her running the front desk. Find someone that has an upbeat personality. I will take my business somewhere else. Not impressed at all. Customer service is #1

I find it rather disgusting that the in-store price on items differs from the online price. For example, the in-store price for the API Freshwater Master test kit is marked 35.99 on the shelf yet the online price is 22.59. That is a difference of 13.40. The online price is not marked as a sale price but appears to be the everyday price. I have found this scenario to be true on multiple products! When I went to checkout, the associate did of course match the online price and I payed 22.59. This is not the issue I have with this situation. My issue is why don’t the prices match? Why is the in-store price so much higher? It appears to be an attempt to rip off customers who are not aware of the price matching option. Whether you believe or not, there are people in this world without smart phones! And even harder to imagine, there are people without internet access... but there are! But it shouldnt matter whether a person is technologically connected. The price for one person should be the price for all people. Apparently PetSmart doesn’t see it that way! This company would rather take advantage of people who are not”in the know” about different pricing and price matching! Disgusting! I will never shop in your stores ever again and will go out of my way to inform all customers and potential customers of this unfair,deceptive, disgusting behavior! How dare you rip off and steal from customers who buy from your stores under the assumption that they are being treated fairly? Does discrimination and dishonesty fulfill the company mission statement? Nope! Not according to the mission statement I read. Pathetic! Dk

your Easley south Carolina store has some more training that needs to be done ! went in 2 weeks ago to exchange a pet collar that was not working and the cashier printed a duplicate receipt . after realizing i had missed putting the charger in i proceeded to take everything back to the house and located the additional charger as we have 3 of these collars and they do not work anymore ! and found it today in our camper . went back to the store and the young cashier went threw her spill and asked if i had a receipt . , i said yes and proceed to hand it to her and within second she says ( its a duplicate ) i replied yes it does say its a duplicate and she says do you have the original and i proceeded to say if i had the original i wouldn't have need ed a duplicate printed 2 weeks ago . so she calls a manager and she was the person i spoke with 2 weeks earlier but was handling another customer so a third employee comes up and starts the questioning all over again and we get to the broken record of saying this is not the original receipt and i proceed to give the same answers with a twist that the other lady said she was giving the duplicate receipt and i could bring it back to exchange the collar for one that was button operated and not automatic . she said this receipt has expired ! i proceeded to tell her the store was made aware it was not working and had to locate the charge and that you have acted like the gastopo interrogating the purchase as its on the rewards card of all purchases and we have $350 worth of collars that are junk and don't work on any 4 of our dogs and was only recouping the $90 to get a different style shock collar and your continued refusal for one reason after another has cost this company negative feed back and negative comments on social media . when you spend that kind of money on products that clearly don't work as intended , and the store treats you as if you swiped it out of locked cabinets . it leaves no others choice but to do business elsewhere
