Brought both my dogs in for grooming. I didn’t get a good vibe from the groomer - like she wasn’t a fan of dogs. Ran to lunch but got a message that my 6 month old goldendoodle was stressed so needed to be picked up (this was her 3rd groom but first at this location). Ran back to pick her up and her backside was covered in poop! The groomer said there wasn’t any way she could clean her but we probably shouldn’t put her in the car like that. So what did she think we should do?! Didn’t offer to let us use the wash tub, rags... nothing.

WARNING: Do NOT buy any birds at PetSmart as the store I visited had approximately a dozen birds that were ALL covered with parasites as under the wings they were scratching and picking which caused feathers to fall off and exposed raw skin under each wing. All birds were exposed and ALL had the same condition. Manager did NOT seem concerned and hung up on me. I will be writing other reviews, calling PetSmart Corporate Office, calling SPCA, and calling the Hillsborough Health Office. These birds are suffering and nothing has been done. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PETSMART..THEY ARE COMMITTING CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.

i took my dog in for grooming but because the paper i had from my vet didn't have a date stating when she had her rabbies shot they refused to groom her

Made an appointment to get my Maltipoo groomed in the McKinney, Texas store. Told them ahead of time I'd bath her just before bringing her in and I'd wait in store until she was done. No kennels or cages. When I got there today the first thing they did was take her from me and put her in a cage in back. I explained to groomer that didn't work for me and was told they always book two or three dogs at a time. I then asked what the purpose was for me making an appointment at a specific time. Was also told they didnt have time for an Express cut. Have gotten haircuts from Petsmarts all across the western United states and never had a problem. These people were jerks.

Can't give a 0 rating. Just saw an advertisement to only let animated pets ride in back of trucks. IF YOU DO NOT WANT PEOPLE TO DO IT DO NOT EVEN SIMULATE IT!

Took my dog after having her groomed for a Christmas pic on the 15th of December 2019 with Santa and was told sorry we can't find it and don't have it. What a disappointment. Academy location 80920 Colorado Springs.

I have veen trying to look up beds for big dogs... for 45 minutes!!! Still not looking at dog beds... i am so frustrated!!! There was a commercial that showed dog beds for $9.99... i cant find a dog bed one on this web site!! I guess i dont know what to search for... but i need a dog bed for a big dog... please tell me what to put in the search bar to find beds for big dogs....
