They will not hire an older person. I’m talking in my 50’s and in better shape than the interviewer. Treated badly and told I would be ran into in the grooming salon by the manager. Noticed they had a dog in a choke hold just to trim its nails. I have studied grooming even.

Hate the place. I went there to buy a leopard gecko and on their brochure it says a 10 gallon tank is enough but, when they were about to give the gecko to us they said we have to buy a 20 gallon tank and 10 minutes before she said a 10 gallon tank is fine!!!! Hate the place don’t go there. Much rather go to pet land.

took my dog to Pet smart for a trim, and bath 5 weeks ago. Looked ok when I picked her up. I ask how she was, because it was her visit at pet smart They told me she was fine. I have for the last 5 years, used a private groomer but we moved away from that location. I always had good reports from that groomer. This week I returned to pet smart for bath and trim, same as last time. This time when I picked her up I was told she tried to bite them, they claim her behavior was so bad they used an E collar on her, she was not groomed or bathed properly either. They also told me to give her something to calm her before I bring her back. No problem there, she will never go back there, nor will I purchase anything there again. She will be returning to her regular groomer no matter the distance.

took my german shepard in for a furminator bath rep told us that this will get rid of about 95% of her shedding what a waste of $58.00 she sheds just as much or more than she did before

This company is a friggin rip off. I ordered a pet crate for my dog, they took my order and the money from my account, then they cancelled my order. Their 5% cheaper on line is just a gimmick to get you in the store to pay their in store high prices. NEVER, EVER trust this company.

I took my dog to petsmart to get groomed and i loved it! My dog looked amazing! I recommended my parents to go there and they loved it too. The whole staff was super nice and friendly. My pup always comes out fluffy and clean!

Is it possible to give 0 star? My minipoodle (which is groomed monthly) in Canada had the most awfull grooming in his last 11 years at the Hilton Head Island location.
